Hell Hound - Rising Star

Lost, alone, trapped. Looking for gold, our weary traveller delves deeper into the dark cave. His skin, goose-pocked from the bitter winter outside, grows warm. Light floods in from a cavern down a tunnel of the cave. The traveller makes his way toward the grotto. Smoke fills his lungs, and a roar erupts from in front of him. 

A Hell Hound. Its looming figure and infernal stench is unmistakable. Most townsfolk believe they are nothing but folk tale, but that may be down to the fact that nobody has lived to verify its horrifying existence.
